The Deltona Campus offers access to quality postsecondary education and advanced training in a rapidly growing area of western Volusia County. The 100-acre site features a 42,000-square-foot facility that houses classrooms, computer labs and administrative offices.
Daytona State recently broke ground on Building Two, a new multi-disciplinary classroom and laboratory building that will be home to the college’s nursing, sonography and high-tech CNC Machining programs, supporting up to 120 nursing students, up to 40 CNC training students and up to 50 students in a new diagnostic sonography program (watch our progress on the construction).
The regional campus helps meet the local demand for academic programs such as the associate of arts and nursing degrees, career certificates in cosmetology and adult education classes. Almost 1,200 students a year attend the Deltona Campus.
