Welcome to the Records and Registration Office at Daytona State College!
The Records & Registration Office is here to help with several processes related to your academic records throughout your College experience with Daytona State College. We are responsible for course evaluations, student registration, transcript services, enrollment verification, grading and academic records maintenance, degree audits, graduation clearance, and printing of diplomas, student data reporting/statistical analysis and FERPA compliance. These responsibilities, assignments and services are completed within institutional policies as well as related to state and federal laws and regulations. We are committed in providing effective and efficient academic support and assistance to the students, faculty, staff, and alumni of Daytona State College.
The mission of the Daytona State College Records and Registration Office is to protect the security and privacy of student academic records, maintain the academic policies of the institution, serve the needs of the students, alumni, faculty and staff by providing quality service and timely response to requests for information and convenient access to services, including registration, grades, verification of enrollment, academic appeals and transcripts.
The office of Daytona State College Records and Registration has the primary responsibility for maintaining the current and previous versions of the College Catalog.
