New Top 10 List Ranks Daytona State Among Florida’s Best Colleges Offering Associate Degrees in Nursing
DAYTONA BEACH, FLA (March 28, 2024) – Nursing Process, a comprehensive online resource for information about nursing education and careers, has recognized Daytona State College as offering one of the best Associate Degree Nursing (ADN) programs in Florida for 2024, according to a recently released Top 10 list.
DSC's Associate Degree Nursing program is a two-year course of study that prepares graduates for nursing careers in hospitals, long term care, and ambulatory care settings. After earning an Associate Degree in Nursing, graduates are eligible to take the national examination (NCLEX) for licensure as a Registered Nurse.

An Associate Degree in Nursing degree from Daytona State opens a diverse array of career opportunities, including Cardiac Nurse, Critical Care Nurse, Emergency Room Nurse and Geriatric Nursing. It also prepares graduates to further their education and career opportunities by pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (RN-BSN).
