Capacity attendance expected for sold out Taste of the 24 event during the 50th anniversary of the Rolex 24 at Daytona
DAYTONA BEACH, FL (Jan. 27, 2012) – For the third year in a row, the Daytona State College Foundation’s Taste of the 24 is sold out. More than 1300 guests will enjoy a delicious blend of food and fast cars, with access all weekend long to the endurance race and Sprint FANZONE, during the 50th anniversary of the Rolex 24 at Daytona. The Taste of the 24 will take place in 24 private corporate suites located above the Superstretch grandstands on Saturday, Jan. 28, at the world-famous Daytona International Speedway.
““This is an outstanding achievement for the Foundation to be sold out three days before this historic running of the Rolex 24 at Daytona,” said Donna Sue Sanders, Foundation executive director. “Our friends at Daytona International Speedway, along with dedicated race fans and supporters of the Foundation, have generously contributed toward scholarships and campus growth initiatives.”
