Café 101 is located in the Mori Hosseini College of Hospitality and Culinary Management in building 1200. Café 101 is a teaching and learning café and kitchen operated by Daytona State College culinary students, under the supervision of our chef instructors. When you step into Café 101, you enter an environment that rivals some of the finest dining establishments in Central Florida. A peaceful, comforting atmosphere combines with the aromas of gourmet delights. Patrons receive an appetizer, entree, dessert, and beverage. Vegetarian meals are available by request at time of reservation. 

Café 101 presents a lunch buffet service on Mondays and Tuesdays. Our lunch service for Wednesday through Friday offers our patrons a full service experience with our Hospitality Practicum students. Menus will be posted as they are completed for each class.

Lunch is $11 (including tax)
  • Vegetarian meals are available by request and must be requested at time of reservation.
  • Gratuities are welcome and help fund student scholarships.
  • Credit cards are accepted at Café 101.
  • Café 101 is open to the public - seating is limited.
