Group Tour Request Form

We are delighted that you are interested in scheduling a visit to Daytona State College for your group! For our office to adequately prepare for your visit, please read and complete the Group Visit Request Form carefully.

Visits are scheduled for the Daytona Beach Campus only and in the order that they are requested, so please submit your request as soon as possible. We want you to have a great campus visit. Therefore, we respectfully ask that you provide us with 14 days advance notice to accommodate your request. Availability of tours are subject to college events, availability, weekends, and closures. Your reservation is not complete, and your visit cannot be planned until this request form is filled out and you have received a confirmation from our office.

We offer a general campus tour in which you will learn about the enrollment process, our academic support services, student life and our over 100+ academic programs. Our campus tours are walking tours, so we encourage visitors to wear comfortable shoes. Tours last approximately an hour and a half. We cannot guarantee the availability of a specific department during a regular tour. Tour routes vary from day-to-day and are weather permitting.

PLEASE NOTE: Depending on the size of the group we may need to divide into subgroups. Please ensure that you have enough supervision to allow for an adult in each subgroup. You will be touring an active learning environment, so it is important we do not disturb students during their class time. It is the responsibility of your chaperones to ensure appropriate behavior and participation during the campus visit.
