Intramural Reservations

The Intramural Courts/Fields must be reserved in advance by completing the below electronic request forms. Once reserved, you will receive a confirmation email from Student Life which will include date, time and specific court you have reserved. All reservations for the courts are first come, first served based on the time and date the request is received.

If you have any questions you can email Intramurals@daytonastate.edu, call (386) 506-3366 or visit the Student Life office located in the L. Gale Lemerand Student Center, Student Life Office, Room 218.

All participants must also sign and submit a DSC Waiver in order to reserve a Court/Field. For questions or concerns, email Intramurals@daytonastate.edu.
