The Department of Academic Innovation supports faculty & staff through a variety of services, training, and professional development for teaching and learning in all modalities. As education continues to evolve, the department ensures faculty are equipped to meet the needs of diverse learning environments. Since 1998, Daytona State College has integrated online education into its offerings, with nearly 350 courses available across different disciplines. Whether students engage in online, hybrid, or traditional classroom settings, they receive the same high-quality education. Academic Innovation continues to drive forward-thinking approaches that enhance the learning experience across the entire college.
