Cassandra completed her Bachelor's degree in 2002 at University of Central Florida and her MBA at University of Phoenix in 2008. She began her IR career in November 1998 at Daytona State College as staff assistance, and through several promotions and reclassifications, she has excelled to her current position. She has served on a variety of internal and external committees evaluating, providing and sharing data as requested. She is mainly responsible for reporting all facility, personnel and integrated data to FLDOE as outlined in the Florida College System Database Reporting guide. She is very organized and compiled massive data sets for future analysis and program review. This includes but is not limited to salary analysis for raise justifications and room utilization data analysis for building needs. Cassandra is also responsible for the State Chart of Reports, National Clearinghouse follow-ups, FETPIP job placement data, labor and job projection. Her other duties include a collaboration with her team members to maintain and develop the department website, Fast Facts brochure, and Core Performance Indicators publication. She leads the department in many areas with her exceptional skill being the main point person in the absence of a director.
