Kathy Miltenberger

Associate Professor, Kathy Miltenberger has been an instructor for over 23 years in the Cosmetology/Barbering department of Daytona State College. Kathy is licensed in both Cosmetology and Barbering with advanced credentials in both. Her love of teaching and watching the lives of her students change with the knowledge and licensing obtained is her driving force.
