Claire Peterson

Mrs. Peterson earned a Master of Science in Dental Hygiene Education, University of North Carolina; Bachelor of Science in Health Science, University of North Florida; Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene, Santa Fe Community College; Associate of Science in Dental Laboratory Technology, Indian River Community College; and a Certificate in Dental Assisting, Santa Fe Community College (now Santa Fe College).

Claire Peterson is currently serving as the Assistant Chair of the College of Dental Science, Manager of the Dental Hygiene Program at Daytona State College.  Claire Peterson began her career at Daytona State College as an Adjunct Professor in 1991.  She has taught courses in the Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene Programs.  Having taught many of the courses in the Dental Hygiene Program over the years, Mrs. Peterson now teaches three courses and is the clinical coordinator of the four dental hygiene clinic courses.
