The 2020-2021 CCAMPIS application is now available!
Thank you for your interest in the Child Care Access Means Parents In School (CCAMPIS) grant at Daytona State College. To apply for childcare assistance, please complete the steps below.
Step One: Choose an Approved Childcare Provider
Review the list of approved CCAMPIS childcare providers by clicking here.
- Student-parents must visit and/or contact providers to ensure availability, pricing information, and overall quality.
- We encourage you to use the Choosing Quality Care Checklist when visiting providers, and to review provider policies and procedures before making a selection.
- Our program can assist eligible students with a one-time application or registration fee.
- If you would like to add a provider that is not on our list, you can submit a request with your application for a childcare provider to be added. Approval is based on the facility's accreditation, licensure, willingness, and Daytona State College's approval. Please note this is a lengthy process which can take up to several months.
Step Two: Prepare Your Supporting Documents for Upload
You will need to upload the documents below with your online application. It is recommended that you save these documents to your computer or mobile device prior to starting your application.
- Your Photo ID

Step Three: Complete Your Online CCAMPIS Application Now
Once you have completed steps one and two, you are now ready to submit your CCAMPIS application.
- Submission of an online application does not guarantee approval. Awards are based on student-parent eligiblity and available program funds.
- Applications are reviewed in the order they are received, incomplete applications will not be considered!
- A decision notice will be emailed to your DSC email address
