Applying for Graduation

The following steps will assist you prior to submitting your Application for Graduation.

Ready to Apply for Graduation

College students apply for graduation online.

Fill out the graduation application, pay the fee, and submit for approval all in one.

Application must be approved by the department Chair before it will be processed.

Graduation fee is non-refundable.

High School and Certificate fees are $10 (First one only- additional free). Associate and Baccalaureate fees are $20 per degree (First one only in each catagory- additional free).

Students who do not meet graduation requirements must reapply in order to graduate.

If your program of study is not listed, please contact the Records Dept. or your department chairperson.

All communication will be initiated via your FalconMail.

It is the student's responsibility to contact the Records Dept. if they change their address after applying for graduation.

Formal name changes must be completed before the student graduates in order to be changed on the student's diploma.

Requesting a Duplicate Diploma

Students who are in need of a duplicate diploma can order one through FalconNet or simply fill out a duplicate diploma form which is located in the Q & A office/enrollment office on any campus. There is a $10 fee per duplicate diploma request. Please allow 3 business days for your request to be processed.
