Bill Harrison, President
Bill Harrison has been with Daytona State College (DSC) for 18 months. He is the Senior Instructional Designer and Instructional Technologist for the College of Online Studies/Online Programs where he develops and conducts faculty training, assists faculty in online course development, administers the learning object repository, and assists in the maintenance and administration of the college learning management system. He also currently serves as a Commander in the US Navy Reserve. Prior to coming to DSC, Bill was the Chief Technology Architect, for the Academic Technology Center, at the University of West Florida.

Jo-ann Halloran, Vice-President
Jo-Ann Halloran is an Assessment Coordinator/Coordinator IV for the College of Education. She has been with Daytona State College for 15-years. Jo-Ann was a student employee with the Human Resources department from 1996-1997. She was also an Information Technology Trainer and Help Desk Support from 1997 to 2004. In 2004, she transferred to Online Programs as a Learning Management System Trainer, and Online Support until she moved to her current position with the College of Education.
Her hobbies and interest includes photography and technology research. Jo-Ann is sociable, outgoing, and has good communication skills. Jo-Ann is pursuing her PhD in Instructional Design for Online Learning at Capella University and hopes to be finished by December 2012.

Bernice Ruiz-Quirós, Secretary
Bernice is a Student Development Advisor. She has been with the College for almost 5 years. Bernice spends her days on the Deland Campus working as a Student with Disabilities Advisor, a Career Advisor, and a Crisis Respondent. She enjoys being on the front lines, dealing directly with our student population.
Bernice's interests and hobbies include watching movies, quilting, cooking, and enjoying all genres of music.

Mary Rhodes, Treasurer
Mary Rhodes has been employed by Daytona State College for 11 months. Her current position is as a Grants Accountant in the Finance Department. Mary has been an active community volunteer for many years. She has held the position of Treasurer for the Horizon Elementary School PTA,
Southeast Volusia Chamber of Commerce, American Business Women's Association and Business and Professional Women's Organization. As Treasurer for the Professional Council, Mary will have the opportunity to work with other Daytona State College professionals in fulfilling its mission.
