DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (Aug. 15, 2014)  - Daytona State College presents the following calendar of events for September 2014.

Events are open to the public and free of charge, unless otherwise noted.

The Arts at Daytona State CollegeDSC launches fall season with free arts show and concert

Sept. 10, 11:30 a.m.-4 p.m.
Tickets go on Sale for Yuletide Feast (Dec. 8-11, 6:30 p.m.)
Join the Lords and Ladies of the Royal Court for an evening of feasting, singing and merriment as we celebrate the Holiday season. The singing, dancing and dialogue are accompanied by the Halifax Consort's Early Music Ensemble and the Daytona State College Brass Ensemble while patrons dine on a scrumptious feast. Always a sellout!
Tickets are $40 per person.

Studio Arts Show
Installation work by Joanna White Joanna is an assistant professor of art and program coordinator at Mega Jobs Fair, Oct. 14Eastern Florida State College. Thematically, White's work addresses concepts of mortality, eternity, permanence, impermanence, individuality and corporality. Contradictions in shape, material and titling allude to notions of distortions, displacement  and paradox. FREE ADMISSION.
