I Hate Hamlet
The fast-paced, funny story of a successful and happy TV actor whose entire life is upended when his series is cancelled. Hoping to impress his virginal girlfriend, he heads to New York to play Hamlet in Central Park - a role he’s not at all fond of - and soon finds himself not only haunted by his decision, but by the actual ghost of the legendary Shakespearean actor John Barrymore. Wisdom In Senior Education (W.I.S.E.) is a program offered by the Daytona State College Foundation to promote and share the academic college resources with our senior community, providing learning opportunities in an enjoyable format. Featuring a presentation by Susan Roberts, the bureau chief of the Division of Blind Services, who will discuss the organization’s Braille and Talking Books Library, as well as opportunities for volunteer service. Free to WISE members.
