Fall Into Fitness
This fall, Daytona State College students are invited to join the Fitness and Aquatic Center - join before Oct. 16 and save $10 for 4 months or $20 for the year! Our State-of-the-Art Fitness and Aquatic Center features: elliptical trainers, recumbent bikes, spinning bikes, treadmills, 3.2 tons of free weights, rowing machines, 19-piece Cybex resistance training circuit, and 25-yard x 25-meter indoor pool. Special fall rates for Daytona State students - $35 for 4 months or $80 for the entire year.

Aqua Aerobics
“Stretch & Twist” (Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays) – 11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
This water exercise program provides a total body workout for those of moderate to advanced fitness levels. Classes include exercises for aerobic conditioning, flexibility, and strength training. Aqua Aerobics offers a safe and refreshing way to exercise for all ages. Cost $3 per class.

Hatha Restorative Yoga
This practice opens with breath oriented postures that flow into lengthening and strengthening. Postures are held to create a deep meditative space. All levels welcome. Instructor: Stefanie Farrow. Tuesdays, $25 for six-week session.
