Aqua Aerobics “Stretch & Twist”
This water exercise program provides a total body workout for those of moderate to advanced fitness levels. Classes include exercises for aerobic conditioning, flexibility, and strength training. Aqua Aerobics offers a safe and refreshing way to exercise for all ages. Cost $3 per class.

Personal Fitness Trainer Certification
Presented by Aerobics & Fitness Association of America. A three-day certification workshop including lectures, practical demonstrations and written and practical exams. Although this course will help prepare you for both AFAA's Personal Fitness Trainer Certification and the Personal Fitness Trainer National Boards, successful completion of the course does not guarantee you will pass either examination. The workshop fee is $499. Daytona State students and employees will receive a 25% discount off this price.

~ Splashy Summer for Kids is presented by the Daytona State College Aquatics Center and features four sessions of week-long SCUBA Training camps (for ages 12-18) starting June 17. Subsequent camps are scheduled for June 24, July 8 and July 15. Cost for each SCUBA Training camp is $155 per participant.
