Delve Tips & Tricks
Office 365 provides anywhere access to familiar Office tools like Excel, Word and more. It's the same Office you already know and see every day, but because Office 365 is powered by the cloud, you can get to your applications and files from virtually anywhere—PC, Mac, and tablets— and they're always up to date. Presented by the Center for Business & Industry at Daytona State College, in this course you will learn how to use Delve to see personalized content you and your colleagues are working on across Office 365. Delve shows you information based on what you are working on and what is trending. You will learn how to navigate the application, locate information about content on which you are working and who recently modified it, pin content to boards, share content with others, 'Favorite' content for quick retrieval, and find colleagues with subject expertise. This is a 'hands-on' course and each participant will have their own computer. Students are encouraged to Bring-Your-Own-Device (BYOD) to the Office 365 courses. Should you choose to BYOD, please arrive 30 minutes early for a tech-check. Cost: $95, deadline to register for is one week prior to the course date.
