Alumni Studio Arts Exhibit
specifically designed to highlight past Daytona State College art students. This group show will be a representation of the diversely artistic graduates from DSC throughout the years. Opening Reception: Wednesday, Nov. 2, 5-7 p.m. FREE ADMISSION

Join the lords and ladies of the Royal Court for an evening of feasting, singing and merriment as Daytona State college celebrates the holiday season. The singing, dancing and dialogue are accompanied by the Halifax Consort's Early Music Ensemble and the Daytona State College Brass Ensemble while patrons dine on a scrumptious feast. Shakespeare's Twelfth Night
Duke Orsino is in love with Lady Olivia, but she will have none of him. It is only when the Duke sends his new page, Cesario, to plead with her on his behalf that the Lady becomes Cesario. But Cesario has a secret, for he is a girl in disguise, and she has fallen in love with the Duke. A comic story of unrequited love and mistaken identity, Twelfth Night
contains some of the most memorable characters in English literature. "If music be the food of love, play on!"

Directed by Paige Dashner Long, the Daytona State College Flute Choir will present light classical and holiday music performed by an ensemble of multiple flutes, including concert flute, alto flute, bass flute and contrabass flute. FREE ADMISSION

Our Musical Gift to the Community
Our entire department comes together to bring you this annual extravaganza featuring the Symphonic Band and Concert Choir, along with dance and theater students, in an evening of your favorite holiday music and many other surprises. Due to popular demand, the free tickets will be available for pick-up at the News-Journal Center starting Wednesday, Nov. 9, at 11:30 a.m. Availability and quantity limits per person apply.

The performing arts programs at Daytona State prepare students for futures in music, drama and dance, while also providing entertainment opportunities for the community through a variety of events produced each semester. Proceeds from tickets are used to support the Performing Arts Scholarship program at Daytona State.
