Dr. Andrea Gibson, Executive Director of Institutional ResearchAndrea earned her BS in Mathematics from John Carroll University, her MS in Applied Statistics from Bowling Green State University, and her PhD in Operations Research from the Florida Institute of Technology. She has worked at DSC since 2006 and joined the Institutional Research team in 2017. Her previous positions include teaching for the School of Mathematics, serving as Chair of the Honors College, and serving as Chair of Online Studies. Her current responsibilities include overseeing state and federal reporting projects and handling internal and external data requests, among others.

Cassandra Wilmore, Institutional Research Analyst II
Cassandra completed her Bachelor's degree in 2002 at University of Central Florida and her MBA at University of Phoenix in 2008. She began her IR career in November 1998 at Daytona State College as staff assistance, and through several promotions and reclassifications, she has excelled to her current position. She has served on a variety of internal and external committees evaluating, providing and sharing data as requested. She is mainly responsible for reporting all facility, personnel and integrated data to FLDOE as outlined in the Florida College System Database Reporting guide. She is very organized and compiled massive data sets for future analysis and program review. This includes but is not limited to salary analysis for raise justifications and room utilization data analysis for building needs. Cassandra is also responsible for the State Chart of Reports, National Clearinghouse follow-ups, FETPIP job placement data, labor and job projection. Her other duties include a collaboration with her team members to maintain and develop the department website, Fast Facts brochure, and Core Performance Indicators publication. She leads the department in many areas with her exceptional skill being the main point person in the absence of a director.

Annette James, Institutional Research Analyst II
Annette earned her BS in Education from Kent State University and later earned her MBA from The University of Akron. She came to DSC from The University of Akron in 2008, where she served as Assistant University Registrar over the enrollment, records, scheduling and degree audit departments. At The University of Akron she developed an end-user application for graduation and commencement processing in Microsoft Access, which was later integrated into the PeopleSoft student system. Annette is responsible for state and federal reporting of Adult Education and Perkins IV data. She believes that education is 'forever' and never stops seeking to learn new ways that will make processes easier, as well as sharing knowledge with her co-workers and the campus community. Personal interests include baking and video gaming.

Robert Stanley, Institutional Research Analyst I
Bob earned his BS in music from Eastern Michigan University. He has worked at Daytona State College since 2005 and has been a part of the Institutional Research team since 2011. Before that, he worked in various roles in the Enrollment Services department including: Assessment, Records and as an Enrollment Specialist at the Deland Campus. His current responsibilities include State Reporting and ad hoc requests.

Robbie Daniels, Institutional Research Analyst I
Robbie joined the DSC staff after over ten years in China, where she was employed as a Teacher Librarian/Drama Coach at various international schools. Before that, she was in Venezuela, Israel, and other parts of the world. She supplemented her skills to the IR talent pool starting in 2019. Robbie's primary focus is surveys related to the College.
