This one-day workshop combines six courses to provide hands-on demonstrations and
classroom training from recognized industry experts.
Participants will learn the measurement of sound for pumps, selecting the proper level of sound attenuation, calculating system head curve, determining friction loss,
the function of pump curves, various curve reading methods, differences of variable and positive displacement pumps, applications and advantages of different types of pumps, backup pumps for lift stations, components of a backup lift station system, eight steps for proper pump failure analysis, common causes of failures in pumps, and more.
