Getting into a career you love doesn't happen by accident, but by design. It takes more than just academic preparation to be ready to move into a profession and then excel at that profession. There are four distinct phases in the career development cycle. You will repeat this cycle again and again as you grow and change across your lifetime of careers. You can start wherever you are in this cycle and find activities in Career Services that will help you to successfully navigate to the next phase.
