Students are responsible for verifying any changes in testing schedules with the Assessment Services office listed. Please allow sufficient time to complete your test within Assessment Services operating hours.
Instructors who wish to leave exams in Assessment Services must complete an Instructor Test Administration Form for each exam. Please refer to the Instructor Guidelines for more information.
Faculty with special needs may authorize a proxy (DSC ID required) to deliver and/or pick up exams by submitting the Instructor Make-up Testing Proxy Form (valid for one academic term) Proxy Form
Make-up Testing
- Students must present a Photo ID to sit for an exam.
- Students must know the instructor's name, course name or number and test number
- Instructors can either put the student(s) names on the exam or issue each student a test pass.
- Students testing for institutions other than Daytona State College will be required to pay a $30.00 proctoring fee.

Assessment Services is responsible for monitoring test sessions. Daytona State College does not tolerate cheating nor disruptive behavior. If an examinee is suspected of cheating, testing will be stopped and the examinee will be directed to leave the area. The test may be voided. The incident will be reported to college officials and disciplinary action may be taken.
