Submit Tickets & Requests for an IT Service - Faculty & Staff Only

In order to better meet your technology needs, we are pleased to now offer some great self-service features which you will see listed below.  These services allow you to bypass calling or emailing the HelpDesk by being able to do things like "Submit a Service Request" (for basic IT requests or to report issues) to create a ticket.  To request IT services such as TR - Technology Request or PS - PeopleSoft Security Requests, select the "Request an IT Service" option. To view any submitted DSC IT tickets for issues or services, select the "View My Tickets" option. To find answers to common IT questions and issues, browse our knowledge base by selecting the "View Knowledge Base" option. 

NOTE!!  For submitting PeopleSoft issues, please choose 'Submit a Service Request' below, and under 'templates' on the form choose 'PeopleSoft/Portal Issues' from the drop-down menu to make sure all the correct information is gathered and your ticket goes to the right place!

Use this option to report technical difficulties
by submitting a ticket to the HelpDesk.
This option should also be used for every day IT requests like
moving one or two items of IT Equipment.  For moves of 5 or more
devices please use the 'submit a technology request' option (right).

(This is the same as the Unified Request System in our portal).
This option is to be used for bigger projects like setting up a lab or
asking for a new device.
