Submit Tickets & Requests for an IT Service - Faculty & Staff Only
In order to better meet your technology needs, we are pleased to now offer some great
self-service features which you will see listed below. These services allow you to
bypass calling or emailing the HelpDesk by being able to do things like "Submit a
Service Request" (for basic IT requests or to report issues) to create a ticket.
To request IT services such as TR - Technology Request or PS - PeopleSoft Security
Requests, select the "Request an IT Service" option. To view any submitted DSC IT
tickets for issues or services, select the "View My Tickets" option. To find answers
to common IT questions and issues, browse our knowledge base by selecting the "View
Knowledge Base" option.
NOTE!! For submitting PeopleSoft issues, please choose 'Submit a Service Request' below, and under 'templates' on the form choose 'PeopleSoft/Portal Issues' from the drop-down menu to make sure all the correct information is gathered and your ticket goes to the right place!
