Some exam administrators/vendors require testers to provide a second, and in some cases a third, form of ID with the testers name, signature and/or photo (e.g. school ID, library card, social security card, voter registration card, credit/debit card, etc.). Please check with your exam administrator/vendor on valid forms of ID for each exam.

  • All exam sessions are monitored and recorded.
  • Assessment Services can deny entrance to an exam for individuals who do not have valid identification that is required for that exam.
  • Check ID Requirements Every Time — Exam administrators/vendors can change the requirements for identification at any time, so please check each time before you come to Assessment Services to take an exam.
