Civic Literacy Requirement
At Daytona State, we’re committed to fostering well-rounded graduates who are engaged
citizens. As part of this, all students pursuing an Associate of Arts or bachelor’s
degree must meet Florida’s Civic Literacy Competency requirement before graduation.
