Is this just a naturally occurring change in the weather, or has mankind done something to change the weather? This presentation by Dr. Frederick Mosher will describe how the earth transports energy from one region to another and how this impacts the local climate. It will give you a better understanding on why the wheather is changing. Free to WISE members.
