A complete cardio workout that combines step and strength intervals with a variety of movement styles and equipment.
When: Monday / Wednesday 12:15 -1 p.m.
Session 1: January 11 - February 22 $45/12 class session
Session 2: February 24 - April 11th
Session 3: April 13th - May 25th $25 (6 class session)
4 person minimum paid in advance or class will be cancelled
