Application & Eligibility

Who's Eligible for TRiO Upward Bound?

• U.S Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Be enrolled in a program designated Volusia County school
• Show a strong interest in and potential for college admission
• Are first-generation college bound (neither parent/legal guardian completed a four-year degree)
• Demonstrate financial need according to federal income guidelines
• Have a minimum 2.0 GPA 

Applications are accepted throughout the year; admission to the program is based on eligibility and space available.
