FalconNet is a convenient, secure way to access the information and transactions you need around the clock. FalconNet is available from any computer with Internet access (home, work, public libraries or computers on each Daytona State College campus). Privacy is of the utmost importance to us and your educational records are protected by FERPA. Register for your classes using FalconNet. Credit card payment is also available through this option. After registration you should print your Schedule and Fee Statement so that you will know your bill due date and the amount of tuition and fees owed.
Daytona State will communicate using its college-sponsored email system and the FalconNet portal. Students must check FalconMail routinely and review the portal sites within FalconNet. Information regarding Registration & Records, including holds, transcript evaluation, appeals and graduation, are communicated through FalconMail. Financial Aid and Student Account information is communicated through FalconMail and the FalconNet student portal.
Search the class schedule to look for open classes that meet your personal scheduling needs. Using the Advanced Search feature, you can search for classes offered by sub-session, on a specific campus, or for classes offered 100 percent online, as well as other criteria.
Provides you with a comparison of courses for which you have earned credit with the courses you need to complete your degree or certificate program.
FalconMail (Student Email)
FalconMail is email available to all current students, faculty and staff at Daytona State College. Though FalconNet is convenient, we still offer parallel, traditional, on-campus services.

FalconNet Username and FalconNet Password (Login and PIN Numbers)
Before you can access FalconNet you will need your FalconNet username and your FalconNet passwordCollege ID number and your College PIN. Your user name and password are the gateway to the FalconNet. To access FalconNet your 'Username' is the prefix of your Falconmail (e.g. Jane_Smith344@falconmail.daytonastate.edu would be Jane_Smith344) and your Default Password: DscMMDDYY (where MMDDYY is your birth date). You will be asked to answer a security question when you first log in. This is used to reset your password back to the default if you forget the new password that you assigned yourself. It is suggested that you change your password from the default one. It is important to keep a record of your password to access FalconNet again in the future. You can save yourself the inconvenience of losing access by maintaining a record of your password. The security question will appear if you forget your password . Answering the security question will reset your password back to the Default Password: DscMMDDYY . Any other password changes requires a signed request to the Records & Registration Office. This request must include your name, Student ID number and your signature. You may fax the request to (386) 506-4489. Requests are processed the same business day they are received. You may also come to the Question and Answer Center or Falcon Center at any campus and show identification to reset your password

It is important to keep a record of your PIN and hint question to access FalconNet again in the future. You can save yourself the inconvenience of losing access by maintaining a record of your PIN. The hint question will appear if you forget your PIN and attempt to change it. Answering the question will reset your PIN to your birth date and you will be required again to change it. Any other PIN number changes require a signed request to the Records & Registration Office. This request must include your name, Student ID number and your signature. Student privacy laws prevent us from changing PIN numbers based on a telephone or email request.
Orientation is an important step to being enrolled and is required of all new and readmitted students. It is geared toward preparing you to be as successful as possible while you are here. Orientation covers schedule planning, important departments you should be aware of, as well as other tips that can help you make the most of your experience with us.

Provides you with troubleshooting information and frequently asked questions about using the Web, FalconNet and some basic computing tutorials. NOTE: This is not a live, technical support site. NOTE: Live technical is support available during college work hours.
View and print your unofficial transcript via FalconNet. Official transcripts must be ordered online using your FalconNet account.
Allows students transferring to Daytona State College the ability to access the evaluation of credit from the previous institution or institutions attended. This is especially helpful to access prior to registration. If it is not available online, the evaluation has not been completed.
