Daytona State College's Service Desk is the first point of contact for students, faculty and staff seeking DSC-related technical assistance, such as Falcon Mail and FalconNet issues, forgotten passwords, problems accessing Falcon Online and classes within, problems accessing departmental webpages, even some DSC-related technical assistance with mobile devices.
Students are able to seek technical help in person at the Falcon-Aid Student Kiosk in Bldg. 300, Rm. 109, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday - Friday each semester. The "Student Kiosk" is manned by qualified student workers and service desk specialists. Currently, Service Desk assistance is available via phone or email from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
