Falcon Aid, the Daytona State College Student Help Desk, is the first point of contact for students seeking all types of technical assistance, such as FalconMail and FalconNet issues, forgotten passwords, Desire2Learn access used by Online Programs classes, problems accessing websites, troubleshooting software, and even technical assistance with their home computers.
